Booking Process

The best way to contact me is via email at hopesphotoart@gmail.com. Please allow 3-4 business days for a response, as this is a part-time business. ​​​

Step 1: Availability & Booking
We’ll start by confirming your wedding date and my availability. To officially reserve your date, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required. Once your deposit is received, we’ll move forward with the planning process!

Step 2: Contract & Planning Begins
I’ll prepare your contract, and once it’s signed, we can begin planning all the exciting details of your big day.

Step 3: Getting to Know You
We’ll go over the time, date, and location, and I’ll ask a few questions to get to know you, your fiancé, and your family. This helps me understand your style, vision, and what matters most to you.

We’ll also schedule a phone call, video chat, or in-person meeting (your choice!) to walk through the wedding day timeline, expectations, and all the important moments you want captured.

Step 4: The Big Day!
It’s finally here! I’ll be right by your side—cheering you on, keeping things smooth, and capturing every meaningful moment. My goal is to make your day feel relaxed, joyful, and unforgettable.

Step 5: Your Wedding Gallery
Your wedding video will sent within 1 - 3 months depending on the package you select.

Reminder: I currently offer photography and videography services on a part-time basis alongside my career as an educator. While I limit the number of sessions and weddings I accept each year, this allows me to give thoughtful attention and care to every client I work with.
